We choose appropriate shipping methods for delivery like FedEx, UPS or DHL. When your order's shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.
For U.S. & Canada, orders will arrive in 7-10 business days via EXPRESS shipping service.

For Europe and other countries, orders will arrive in 7-15 business days via EXPRESS shipping service.
We ensure secure payment with Paypal and Credit Card, such as Visa, Mastercard.

No. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
1、Maybe your credit card is not supported, you can try another credit card.
2、Cvv or card information is wrong. You can contact your bank to help you out.

You can track your order any time online via our Order Status page. Alternatively, you can track the order directly on the carriers’ website with the tracking number.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery. All online orders need to be returned to our warehouse ( NOT our office address). Please send us an email at claire@goldenwarm.com for detailed RETURN PROCESS.

It will take around 3-5 business days for the parcel to arrive back to us and the refund will be done within 5 business days. Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please contact us if youhave further questions about your refund status.
