Any item returned after 35 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
