Cancellation
Please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order if you want to cancel.
The order cannot be canceled once it has been labeled & shipped out & in transit.
Returns
We offer 30 Days return service. You have 30 days from the date of the delivery of your item(s) to request and ship your return, subject to the following requirements:
- To arrange return we must be notified by email, returns will not be processed without the correct documentation. Please email us on : claire@goldenwarm.com to arrange your return.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item (s) are unused, undamaged, and in a re-sellable condition in the original, unmarked packaging. If item(s) arrive back to us broken or damaged your full refund of items may not be guaranteed.
- Any non-merchant reasons for return will be liable for return shipping fee.
- Your refund will be issued when the item(s) are returned and inspected.
- Cost of delivery is a non refundable service fee. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded.)
