Should any part or finish of your Goldenwarm hardware prove defective during the warranty period, simply provide us with an image of the affected area, and we'll swiftly provide a replacement part. In cases where a replacement part is impractical, we'll replace the entire hardware piece or offer a refund upon return of the product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and these are your exclusive remedies under our warranty.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, repair, misuse, outdoor use, freezing water, or using the hardware for unintended purposes. It's essential to follow our reasonable care and cleaning instructions to maintain the longevity of your Goldenwarm hardware. Additionally, any labor charges associated with repair, replacement, installation, or removal of the hardware are not covered by our warranty.
