Q: How do I measure the hole center (center-to-center) distance for my cabinet handles?

To measure the hole center distance (also known as "center-to-center" or "C-C"):

1. Open your cabinet door or drawer.
2. Measure the exact distance between the center of one screw hole to the center of the other screw hole.
3. Common standard sizes are 3" (76mm), 3-3/4" (96mm), 5" (128mm), and 6.3" (160mm).

💡 Tip: Always measure from the center of the holes, not the outer edge of the pull itself.

Q: I am installing hardware on NEW cabinets with no holes. How do I choose the right pull size?

While there are no strict rules, here is a general proportion rule of thumb used by interior designers:

• Small Drawers / Upper Cabinet Doors (< 18" wide): Use single-hole Knobs or 3" (76mm) to 3-3/4" (96mm) Pulls.
• Medium Drawers (18" – 30" wide): Use 3-3/4" (96mm) to 5" (128mm) Pulls.
• Large Drawers / Pantry Doors (> 30" wide): Use 6.3" (160mm) or longer Appliance Pulls, or install two shorter pulls side-by-side.

A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

If you are without an account, you can use the email address and order number via the website "Customer Service-Track Order" to check the tracking information.

Q: How do i change or cancel an order?

A: We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
