        Surprisingly this faucet was made with heavy metal/brass underneath. It did not feel plastic at all. And it definitely doesn't look plastic, it looks expensive and classy. I don't have any issues with water spots, i will say the water doesn't come out with a lot of pressure, but as a guest bathroom faucet there isn't much need to have more pressure than just enough to wash your hands. Overall, this one is worth the money. You will not be dissappointed. It took us only aout 30mins to install. Everything was packaged well and the directions were easy to follow.
